By using FamDisplay, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

Description of Service

FamDisplay is a family calendar display service that shows your calendar events from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or ICS feeds on dedicated display devices like iPads or wall-mounted screens.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the service
• Reverse engineer or copy our software

Calendar Data

You grant us permission to access and display your calendar data for the purpose of providing this service. We do not share your calendar data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

Service Availability

We strive to keep FamDisplay available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates.

Limitation of Liability

FamDisplay is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed appointments due to display errors.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You can stop using FamDisplay at any time by deleting your account. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms.
